Have you ever had such an experience?
Sometimes, when we desperately try to grasp something—like desires for success, validation to be recognized, or control to avoid being bullied—we end up exhausted and frustrated as we persist.
In fact, real wisdom is not about chasing desperately but learning to let go. Just like water, let it flow naturally to find its own course. Today, let’s talk about how to make our lives easier and smarter!
1. Only When You Calm Down Can You Truly See Yourself Clearly
Have you ever stood at the edge of a lake and looked at the water?
Calm waters reflect your image clearly, while turbulent waves obscure it. Similarly, an anxious, irritable, restless mind blinds you to your true needs and direction. Cultivation is about calming the inner storm in your heart, allowing self-awareness to surface. Only in this way can you truly know yourself.
2. The Secret of Practice: First Follow the Rules, Then Go Beyond Them
Cultivation is like learning to ride a bicycle: first follow the rules to master balance, then transcend them to ride freely. The key lies in practice! Just as a chef can cook by intuition after mastering recipes, seasoned practitioners can first learn the method and then practice until it becomes effortless and natural.
3. Why Do We Always Have Suffering?
Do you often feel that life is difficult? In fact, most pain is created by ourselves:
Regret because we cannot let go of the past,
Anxiety because we cannot let go of desires,
Exhaustion because we cannot let go of others’ opinions.
It’s like traveling with unnecessary baggage. The farther you walk, the more tired you become. If you’re willing to let go, life will grow easier.
4. How Can I Make Life Easier?
The Secret? Calm Down.
How? Practice Primordial Meditation.
Try spending a few minutes daily sitting quietly. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, don’t think about anything, and let your mind slowly calm down. You’ll find that when your mind calms, worries lessen and clarity emerges.
5. True Wisdom Is Simple
Many assume the Dao is mysterious, but it resides in your heart. The secret to cultivation isn’t mystical—it’s about becoming clear-headed and living freely 😊.
Life has no standard answer, and everyone’s path is different. But if you let go of obsession and calm down, you’ll find answers within.
So stop chasing desperately. Calm yourself and embrace true wisdom!
